Who We Are
Eyes Wide Wellness ("we", "us", or "our") operates eyeswidewellness.com and the Whisp mobile application. We can be reached at eyeswidewellness@gmail.com.
What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve our services.
- Account information — your email address and display name when you create a Whisp account.
- Journal and log content — sign logs, dream entries, journal entries, and event logs you create within Whisp. This content is private and belongs to you.
- Belief and profile data — spiritual frameworks, astrological details, personality types, inner practices, and life context you optionally provide to personalize your experience.
- Body and somatic data — nervous system state and body sensation indicators you optionally log alongside entries.
- Location data — only when you choose to attach a location to a sign log. This is always optional and never collected passively.
- Device and usage data — operating system version, app version, and general usage patterns used to resolve issues and improve performance. No advertising identifiers are collected.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the Whisp app and generate AI-powered insights personalized to your logged content.
- To surface patterns, correlations, and connections in your data over time.
- To provide celestial context (moon phase, season, sun sign) automatically at the time of each log.
- To process subscription payments securely through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
- To send product updates, only if you have opted in.
Your Journal and Personal Data
Your entries, logs, symbol meanings, and personal profile data belong entirely to you. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party for advertising or commercial purposes of any kind.
AI processing of your content — via Claude (Anthropic) and other providers — occurs solely to generate personal insights within the app for your own use. Your content is not used to train AI models.
You may export your data or request full deletion at any time from within the app under Settings → Privacy & Data.
Account Deletion
When you request account deletion within the app, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days from the date of your request. During this period you may cancel the deletion and restore full access. After 30 days, all data — including sign logs, journal entries, symbol cache, images, and account information — is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud), which encrypts data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Access is restricted by security rules that ensure each user can only access their own data.
Images you generate or upload are stored in Firebase Storage and associated only with your account. No images are shared or accessible to other users.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and data storage
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated insights and symbol meanings
- Replicate — AI-generated imagery (premium feature)
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Apple App Store — app distribution and payment processing
Our website embeds videos from YouTube. YouTube's privacy policy applies to data collected through embedded players.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies to improve your browsing experience. The Whisp app does not use browser cookies. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, use the in-app tools under Settings → Privacy & Data, or contact us at eyeswidewellness@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
Whisp and eyeswidewellness.com are intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Whisp uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic and related models) to generate personalized interpretations and insights based on your logged data. These interpretations are algorithmically generated and reflect patterns in the data you've provided. They are offered solely as prompts for personal reflection and meaning-making.
The accuracy, completeness, or relevance of AI-generated content is not guaranteed. Responses may vary across sessions for similar inputs.
Somatic and Body Awareness Content
Content relating to nervous system states, somatic responses, and body awareness within Whisp is educational and reflective in nature. It is drawn from publicly available frameworks including polyvagal theory and somatic experiencing.
